i just got new tyres put on my 97 celica hoping it would fix the rattle @ high speeds now im thinking its the front brake rotors and ideas?

Is the suspension ok? No springs broken?

Get the wheels/tires re-balanced.

i have another question my cars manual and ill leave it in 1st gear and go to 4 or 5 thousand rpms and let go of the gas and it slows down like it should but then sometimes the brake light comes on.

^ thats odd, probably bumping the brake light power cable.

I say rebalance the wheels, sometimes the little weights can get knocked off or just come lose.

Agreed. Sticker weights pop off sometimes.

Go with sticker weight inside in your wheel and outside weight (normal weight on the edge of the wheel from inside). That 's the best option... I had a same problem before. Check your wheels. Are they straight? Are they after market or stock toyota? I'v got after market before and had a lot of vibrations at speed aroud 70 mph and more. And one more thing. Go to some place good, with calibrated balancers. Some time that's makes a big difference.

if its a uneven rattle sometimes you can get stones inside the tire. if its a ticking then could be CV joint

sway end links can cause a rattling noise if not tight or wear and tear
