I know the online option for the playstation 2 has been around for a long time now, but I just got mine working again. So does anyone play any games online on there ps2's I am currently playing madden 06 and SOCOM 3. I am not the best at either but they are fun and I was wondering if there are any other 6gc members playing these games or any other games on the ps2 online.

I tried Socom 3 and I couldn't get online due to some crappy a55 update or what not. I would download it and then it would say that its 4ucked up. So at the end I gave up and returned it for Dragon Quest 8.
Ps2 online games are pretty fun, just wait until Phantasy Star Universe comes out. It's gonna be the bomb!

I have but its been awhile, like 6 months
I play Killzone and Battlefront 2 on PS2 online! But mainly Killzone with my friends. Great game for $20.

Used to be a socom 2 head and then halo 2 came out and well ive been living on that ever since especially since socom 3 isn't anywhere near as fun as socom 2 well atleast for me and a few of my buddies.And oh yeah one fianle note i used to know a Mr Bobcat we used to be in the same clan together {t_D} the dynasty.
i don't play online anymore... but some games i've played online are: Auto Modellista (for downhill racing), World Poker Championship, and FF XI.

i've nvr tried PS2 online.. so i plug the ethernet cable and that's it? select online in the game and i'm on? i wanna play NSFU2 online. i have auto modelista too but i hate how i can't handle the cars lol.

i used to play socom 2 back in the day we had a top ten clan on gamebattles for a little while. but i quit and started playin halo hardcore. but i played socom CA and socom 3 but i didnt like it too much.. xbox 360 FTW!!!
