ya, i lost my license....got clocked at 97 in a 65...for how long, idk....so anyone else here lost there license??

oh and please, i know what i did was very stupid, so please no, ur a dumba$$ for speeding that much

its ok. 6 months man. my buddy got caught in his vr4 3kgt doing 97mph.

I know people who have lost there's. How long you out for? I'd appreciate it if you edit your title too, even if you leave the "c" out, it's still not cool.

no, no other tickets, jus being delt a bad hand i guess, i can appeal, but idk if that will don any good cosidering it's 60 pluse attorney fees, so, i guess im at a lost

how did they take away ur license? I was pulled over doing 120 in a 60 and only got a ticket (and a VERy harash lecture) and I had 4 other speeding tickets before that.

how do you lose a license for going 97 mph in a 65?? dont u just get a fatty ticket? are u under 18 or something?

I'm pretty sure in CA you need to be going over 100mph to lose your license in a single pull-over.

With cars these days, that's not to high. If it's an abandonned road, I could see myself going that speed. If I seen so much as a hint of another car, I'd bring it right down though. If you were speeding in traffic, I would take your license away. But I don't know for 97, and first time offence. That's a little harsh.

you have to admit... what he's driving might have had some affect on the consequences of his speed.

well im 20 and i was in my bright blue dsm..aka pos, and i was right behind my friends 240 going to drift practice, and here in PA, anything over 25 is a suspention of license so im told..i also could get reckless driving cause i heard anything over 25 is also considered reckless...im heard i could lose it for 1 to 6 months, so idk...oh and i have no other tickets against me right now...pa is jus stupid with there automotive laws...like if u have 6 or more points on ur license..u could lose it..i heard from a friend that u can have up to 12 points in florida before you lose it, but whatever...the dsm is being sold, and my 240 is my track whore...it gets trailored here and there, i can still drive at events and **** which is awsome cause us drift starts there season in march, and my team and i are hiting jersey new york, ohio, maryland..so im happy

Yeah.. I got a ticket for a 25mph over and didn't lose it.. huge ass ticket.

my friend got a 101 in a 65, $500 fine and suspension for only 15 days

short suspensions in PA are usually due to speeding in a work zone.
i don't get how Jack lost his license so fast(musta been a mean judge), but yea.
think of it this way Jack, ur saving money on insurance.

no joke, my buddy in conneticut got clocked in his porsche going 187mph. he was obviously arrested on the spot but he got out of a jail sentence b/c his lawyer found a fault in the radar system. The police thought he was a drug cartel trying to leave the state/country. mad funny

yahh, ur right steve...but when i get it back..none eclipse and only the 240, so if i need to drive it daily...it's gonna be hella hard to get insurance

nah...you weren't goin too much faster than me, and the lexus is CHEAP to insure, is the celica that's hella expensive(has a high blue book)

I just cancelled my insurance, got back ~$150 and yea. . .
