Is there a screw to adjust my headlights. can i just my high beams too?

yes, there are two screws on each low beam. One is for up/down depending on which way you turn and the other is for left/right depending on which way you turn. Just look and you will see them.

they aren't screws, they are bolts actually 
8mm if I remember correctly. The up/down adjust is the one closest to the fenders.
