does anyone has a rough estimate on how much it would cost to powder coat rims. I'm planning on powder coating my gts rims flat black and leaving the center cap crome if th cost isnt too much.

I did basically my whole motor for 400 or so if that gives you an idea of cost

everywhere i have seen is $40-$50 per wheel.

The price I got was $100 per wheel. This didn't cover stripping the wheels, but it did coverall the prep (cleaning and smoothing any marks or other flaws) and powder coating. This was for almost any color or finish - the difference in materials cost is slight.
