Nothing too extreme, I don't really watch what I eat (high metabolism) but I do drink a protein shake a day, along with a couple peanut-butter and honey sandwiches (high in protein). As far as exercising, I work out three days (different muscle groups each day) and then rest one day. I do abs on days 1 and 3, so essentially every other day of the week I am working my abdominals/obliques.

They definately could be better, but my gf sure as hell doesn't complain ;-)
