Ok guys i went to pepboys and bought this to weld to my oil pan
what do you think? Its made for a 3/4" hose its 1-3/4' long and
the thread is 1/2" NPT. is it too small?

Then i went to Ace hardware and bought 2 TEEs a nipple and plug and some thread seal tape. they had no crosses. but its all 1/8" Npt so what i'ma do is buy a male 1/8" BSPT to male 1/8" NPT and a male NPT to female BSPT. and everything should work out.

i didn't even bother with the bspt adapter i took a 1/8" npt and it screwed right in. no problems with leaking at all.

the other day i spent f*ckin 25$ for one
male bs to male npt and male npt to female bspt.

the female bs to male npt cost me 16$ WTF
why all the diffrent fittings??
just so you know, brass is about the worst thing you can use for those types of application, it is very weak and WILL crack.
if all that stuff is what i think it is (turbo oil feed) then you need to take all those back where you got them from, and get this:
http://tunertoys.zoovy.com/product/OTODK
its got the proper thread pitch for the head and allows you to keep your stock pressure switch.
the return needs to be 3/4" ID

who cares if its too late.
so, you wasted money, you might as well just do it right the first time instead of using all these different fittings that can be avoided, plus like manny said, brass is not the best for those types of applications

remember that statement when one of those crappy fittings crack, drain all your engine oil in a matter of seconds, and blow your motor to a bunch of nice sized paper weights

the t fittings are pretty thick and the adapters to bsp are stainless steel maybe the nipple will break but i put everything together and tryed to break it with my hand ....you think the temp will be a big factor? **** ...where other then the INTERNET can i get a cross? 1/8 npt female all around? steel? i would have bought that adapter that presure2 was talking about but f*ck it. just get the cross
