i guess the question we are interested in is what the rough cost will be and how many people is it dependant on? does beaverun supply its own insurance and if so is it included in the rental price? or is it on an event by event basis depending if you are using the autocrossing grounds or the road track or whatever else?

Is this a for sure thing now? Any updated info yet? i really hope this happens cause i have yet to go to a meet with more than about 10 cars showing up:( where are all the car crazy people around here?

side note: steve and jack are you guys planning on going? the 3kgt needs work but i hope to have it done soon enough. call me for details.

I def want this to happen for the >10cars as well. I think one of the downfalls to our meets is there's no real schedule. kinda just...cruisin, which is fun, but w/ a big group it doesn't work.

if not beaver run, we should at least try to set up some kind of distance drive on a interstate that is EASY to do...NO clue where(beaver run is a good start though, lol)

I filled out my calendar yesterday for all the events i am doing, you can count me out, if i am lucky enough to still have that weekend off and am not completely drained, chances are i wont have any tires left to run on!

The date has officially been set for Aug. 12th.

I am working out the final details and will post them shortly.

There will be a pre-registration with discounted fee. Or you can pay full price at the gate.

We can either include camping, or leave it optional in case people would rather be paying for an Inn or hotel/motel.

We can either do a formal , catered dinner after the events. Or do a cook out all day long. I wasn't sure what people would prefer.



So, start giving me your opinions. And we can take this to final pricing and event scheduling level.

I am leaving this camping and dinner up to the participants. Tell me what you want. There is still time to customize this event to our lliking.

Preregistered gets a discount.
Camping inclusive or seperate?
