i'm thinking about pruchasing a crane cams ignition box. i need help with finding the best deal and need some more info about the module. please help me if you know anything. thanks.

The Hi6s is pretty good.

I saw a review on it compare with other units including the MDS6a.

The msd6a beat it but a few hp.

Since that review, I have ordered the MSD Digital 6 Plus.

The MSD cost me over $375US

The MSD comes with 2 rev limits. Once of the rev limit is use in drags, it has retard triggers for nos and so on.

don't expect too much HP gain from it. it will give you some, but the big gains are usually on FI cars.

Say you install it on a stock GT, think you would get maybe 5 HP?

Yes and even more

Once you install the crane cams, you will become instantly lean.

I would advice you go get either the Apexi SAFC or install an Adjustable Fuel regulator.

Once you already have the filter and exhaust and install a crane cams LX92 coils, the gains will be more than 5hp.

Some nice low resistance plug wires will even add a little more hp.

And then drop in some nice ground wires and you will have the electrical system in good shape.
