id just make sure the springs are seated properly, aftermarket springs squeak a little on almost anycar. tein make a coil that goes around the spring to stop the squeaking.

describe the noise, klunks are a blown strut, squeels are brakes, rattles are something loose.
id recheck everything, make sure its all properly torqued.
it normally takes a bit for the springs to "settle in"
