I installed mine. It was a piece of cake. Don't buy those though - one of the bushings for our cars are bigger. Go here:

Speed Source

And, buy the "big Toyota" kit or something like that.

Thanks. How was the feel after the install?
I had difficulties shifting when I bought mine so I was looking to solve a problem. If your stock bushings are worn, these will clean up that "slop" feel. One of mine was VERY warn so it helped some but it did not clear up my shifting problems. After trying about 6 other things, I found out my problem was worn motor mounts. The engine was moving so much that my linkage wasn't lining up straight - particularly on down shifts. I now have poly-eurethane mounts and all of my problems are gone. It ALMOST feels like a honda shifter...smiles.

I also urithaned my mounts and it helped. I'll take a look at the bushings tomorrow to see if that could be part of my problem. I bought a short shifter to try and help shifting as well.

Which shifter did you get? The TRD one I got made shifting a bit "notchier".

I bought a 7th gen shifter from ebay. I cheaped out. I would have liked to get the TRD one because it's the best as far as distance from steering wheel. $30 compared to $150, I just can't handle that.

^^I was looking for that thread on celicatech. I suck at searching for things. How about a how-to on searching?
