Sheesh that looks bad. So sorry to see that. Hope you get back to perfect health soon. The car can be replaced even better than before. Not to sound like a vulture but you should get a lawyer soon to make sure you will be taken care of.

I agree with that. If he hit you your gonna want to get the full replacement cost. I would look up the bluebook price and cost of mods and keep that in mind.

wow man...im so late i dont know how THIS post slipped past me. I'll pray for you man, and everything should be ok! i know its a week later but i hope youre feeling much better and i hope you can work things out with the insturance company! give us an update man!!!!

it should be the other guys fault because he was behind you, so technically he rear ended you. he must have been going ****ing pyscho fast.

Well im feeling better but still not close to 100% percent yet. almost 2 weeks later and still super sore and have a decent headache. There has been some new turn of events tho, the cop that came to the accident came to my work and gave me tickets for it, careless driving + inproper left hand turn, so thats just great.... I also went to the Tow yard and they refuse to take any responsablitly for my stolen stereo, so guess who's not gonna get paid. Also in the police report it says we were street racing, I dont even have to explain why celica's dont race. So as it looks, it looks really Sh*ty might or might not get paid out, have a huge medical bill, which come to find out if they dont pay for it, I wasnt covered by my insurence at the time, so things cant get much worse.
