Does the AWD trans fit into a 95 ST? and are there any special mods to get it in there?
no the AWD trans wont fit because the ST is front wheel drive. u need either a GT trans, Mr2 trans or 3sge trans.
simple answer, No.
There is a guy using that tranny with the rear drive shaft blocked off.
but its much easier to get a 3sge, mr2, or 5sfe tranny.

The AWD tranny can also be converted the FWD, there is a thread on celicatech.net on it. However, you need quite a few parts from the E153 so most of the time you might as well just do that.
