So I was at the Post office yesterday getting my mail. I parked my car behind the other cars in its respective lane. Well, I was in my car flipping through the mail when something hit the rear of my car making a loud crashing noise. I quickly got out to find that some 5hit hole had rear ended the right side of the celicas tail light and scraped part of the bumper. Well, it so happens that the moron was gonna take off, so I quickly got his license # and car make. Unfortunatley the idiot stopped and noticed that I was taking down his plate #. So he stopped and parked his 5hitty a55 truck. He said, hell pay for the damages and I took every detail of his insurance company, DL, where he lives and even his VIN #'s. Got an estimate and it ran up $512 to fix everything. Today I will call the moron and tell him off the charges and expect a check of $520 in the mail within the next 2 days, or otherwise his insurance company will pay for a whole new JDM tail light and a Bodykit painted and installed!

If I was sitting in my car and got hit, and then the driver went to leave I would get out with a baseball bat and start smashing sh*t. You should have asked for more.

eh beating the bajezez out of the affenter is only gana put you in jail and cause you to lose any money you may have been intiteled to.

but luckley you were in the car and got all his info, good luck with the fix and I hope he pays our, or his insurance pays out for fixing it.

I called that stupid 5hit hole and he couldn't afford to pay it out of his own pockets so now Im gonna squeeze even more out of that SOB's insurance company. I'll make sure that the next time he backs up he'll think twice about his sorry a55 and make sure not to hit any more people. Just cuz u got a truck don't mean 5hit if people are gonna sue your a55.

I hope you got a witness or someone to vouch for your side of the story. They really help to state your case if the truck driver decides to try to blame you.

yep his insurance company is paying for it and they even offered me a rental car while its in the shop. I might just take the money fix it myself and save for my engine project.
