It's probably boosted6g (that posted the Ebay), he's from Anaheim and sells body kits.

yes that is tufys car.
whoever is it REALLY shouldnt be using tufys car to represent that kit, the zyclone is a replica of the c-1, its not exactly the same.

plus i dont like how they put 2 of the store logos on the pic... oh well
there was a time that someone took a pic of my car and posted it on ebay for sale. it's one of those scams that once you leave a deposit the guy disappears.
Tufy and who ever else's car that is should get a lawyer. That is complete copyright infringement and it can be taken to court. depending on if that is a real business or not tufy could make a lot of money.

I had the same thing happen to me where people were using my car to sell lambo doors on ebay. They even went as far as putting my car on their website. They took the pictures off and I never really saw the company around again

He never asked me, emailed me, anything...
I am flattered that he chose my car to sell his splitters (I did buy them off him) but I would of felt a bit better if he asked me first

They should at least blur out your plates if they insist on using your shot without your permission.... 
I know alot of people on here get mad when people use photos of their cars, but I doubt theres little if anything you can do about it unless you copyright the photos in the first place. However, a kind word with the company will probably get them to at least foward an apology or take your plates off the Internet.
