I tried steering wheel to 3 spoke, like that one in the photo from indicated me....
I tried the part above all centers them of the cover, comprised of AIR-BAG...

Or what I did was get a non-airbag 93 MR2 wheel for basically nothing. I bought mine for $30 from Jarco but this ones $80:
