I have a Phazer II for sale out of a celica I was parting out. It was hard wired into the car so it didn't take a cig lighter, so I only have the hard wiring for the unit.

This unit scrambles the radar signal to keep the radar from registering your speed. I never got a ticket while having this unit - but I had a really good radar detector at the same time.
