Will those make the seats sit up higher? Its my understanding that custom mounts make them higher, and im already a pretty tall guy, and dont wanna have my head rubbing the roof, but i really want racing seats...

To my understanding, any aftermarket seats will make you sit higher...mine do atleast, and i have heard a lot of people here comment about that problem.

yea..my sparcos sit about 1 n a half inches higher than stock, but the way my brackets are designed, i could b an inch higher..or 4 inches higher..when i first installed it it was at the highest setting and my head was hittin my roof. I heard from the guys at JRP(where i ordered my seats) that some people just weld or screw the sliders onto the base.

you can see the 2 other holes where the base mounts. I cut the enitre base down to the last hole and its about an inch higher than factory seats.
