DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR ANY 98-99 US celica steering wheel (3 spoke)
swap in 20 mintues .. will include directions to installing

DOES NOT INCLUDE AIR BAG BUT WILL INCLUDE CRUISE SWITCH

ONE IN PICTURE IS ONE YOU GET AND YES THAT IS MY GT4 IN THE USA

it does come with the center though right?

are there any marks, rips, or other noticeable blemishes?

No airbag means no center

They ain't cheap. Look to pay around 150-250 dollars for the airbag (that's considered somewhat cheap)... and they come in two flavors that will fit on that wheel. The dimpled 7th gen bag and the 98-99 style 6th gen bag.

the wheel is i a direct swap for anyone with a 98-99 celica, 98-99 rav -4 ..

you can buy a dummy airbag cover but it comes without toyota logo for about $75 ..

i do have a blown air bag for it if you want to do some custom work
