OK this weekend i'ma start intalling the turbo.
By friday I should have bov, s-afc, and injectors.
You can't tighten NPT threads all the way, that's how they seal, they're tapered. Once they're that tight, you'll all set.

It won't be any different smile.gif As long as you get it in there tight, you're set.

hey doc what do you think about the restictor
causing foaming? at 60 psi that oil is going
through that little hole pretty fast right? and
you think i should put it at the TEE or right on
the turbo...dose it matter? -3an with a restrictor
shouldn't be a problem right.?
Trouble is, whether or not you need it is dependant on quite a few factors. Some people use them and blow thier turbos, some people don't use then and blow their turbos.

Well, what I typically do is run a 1/8" line (3AN) with no restrictor, and a nice big, straight return line. If the turbo is still getting too much oil, then I'll try the restrictor.

Depends on the engine and the turbo, along with the size of the oil feed and return lines... I don't know of any OEM turbo engines that have restrictors intalled.
