if you want ridiculously low price, get a dodge neon strut bar.

What year Neon?

How much difference would it have from having no strut bar to Neon strut bar

THe difference will be noticable. You dont appreciate strut bars untill you have them. The 95-99 neon bar will fit.

neon bar doesnt drastically improve handling as much as a 3 point brace will.

Does anyone have the Neon bar? Maybe I could incorporate it into what I'm doing.
