Some of you that I am close to already know this, but most of you do not; My older sister Niki has Cystic Fibrosis. (FYI: Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. More than 10 million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene, Like me for example. More info about CF at : www.cff.org )
Every year my family creates a walking team (Walking for Niki) and we participate in GREAT STRIDES: Taking Steps to Cure Cystic Fibrosis, which is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's annual, nationwide walk. This year is no different; we will be walking on June 4th, 2006 in Wappingers Falls, N.Y.
Each team member is responsible for raising money. I hope to raise $500.00 this year to contribute to my team. This is where you guys come in. Any amount that anyone can donate is greatly appreciated. I don't care if you only donate a dollar.

We can create a team the team donates the $20. So IMO it's not a bad deal considering we split the $20, get shoes and two games. I have to find out how many members are on a team, when i know I will post again.
