How about have a shop section... a section were people can post about the shops were they go to have the work done and get parst and stuff????

That sounds like a good idea. We could rate shops that we've been to or bought things from(even online ordering since that's where most of us get parts).
Just remember that if you've had a mechanic do work on another car, that doesn't mean he/she can work on a Celica. I've found hundreds of good Honda or Chevy or Ford... mechanics, but when it comes to my car, I just know so much more about it because I don't work on anything else. I'm very picky about who gets near my car with a wrench.
