For those with slotted and drilled rotors and have that annoying noise when you brake or drive, you know that hissssssssssing noise. i just added some bearing grease on the inside of the rotor, a thin layer all around. the noise is no longer.

i could attest to that damn annoying noise
i have never had that problem
didn't you just increase your stopping distance by a whole lot. it may just be me but IMO you don't put grease on a brake rotor.

The holes make the sound and filling the void with grease is
stopping the air that is supposed to flow through and cool the
rotor.
