Installing C-One Replica Front bumper - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #35582 12 posts Started by chacha
frown.gif It's pretty sad, I trying installing my new C-One Front Bumper (replica from Extreme Dimension), but I had lots of trouble trying to get it in, spent my spring break trying. It seemed like it lined up correctly to the front OEM bumper, but it goes to show when I tried my best to fit it in, I couldn't. I even took off the Front metal bumper in front of the radiator off just so I may fit it in, but still fail...I don't want to waste any of my money going to a shop to do it...any suggestions? DOESANY OF THE PEOPLE HERE ON 6GC site HAVE THE C-ONE FRONT AND HOW YOU GUYS PUT IT ON??? kindasad.gif
Here ya go. Hope this helps.

OH, i got teh ED C5 bumper...
yea, i bought a whole kit this summer, and sadly, the whole thing is a little off. Ecspecially the c-one rep. It doesnt even come close to fitting. Well, you get what u paid for and i found that out the hard way. Looks like ill be doing some major customizing this winter.
use spacers between the bumper mount and the bumper, gonna need some longer bolts...

for me, the whole kit is sitting in my basement...since my car is off the road (while im in college). ill have time to work on it this winter. i figure since i have the time and its not being driven, i might as well just do it myself. so it will be all done for next summer.
