it really depends on what you want to do performance or look...i always like to go with performance first then do the looks later because the celica's have limited performance parts(the only exception is a swap) but that's jus my opiniun...

You know, exterior could possible mean exhaust, why not alittle of both...Blitz Nur Spec exhaust w/ a kit...not a bad option
