like for the wires going to the gauges, and the turn signal arms? all i can find is just like a general thing
interior electrical diagram - 6G Celicas Forums
The EWDs at Celicatech are sorted by system circuits here:
http://www.celicatech.com/imagearchive/bgb...ewd/circuit.htm
Combo meter:
http://www.celicatech.com/vfewdsou/1995/95...ric/combusa.pdf
Turn signals:
http://www.celicatech.com/vfewdsou/1995/95...ctric/tshwl.pdf
Alternatively the overall diagram is found here:
http://www.celicatech.com/vfewdsou/1995/95...ic/overalle.pdf
EDIT: At the top or bottom of each diagram found in the "system circuits" section it'll tell you where the plugs are located and give a reference to page numbers that give more information about them. Unfortunately, Celicatech didn't set it up by page number so it's a little difficult to find each page... If you want the renamed files sorted by page number just let me know and I'll post them up for you.

Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete...
wow its hard to understand them basically what i have is this
marks interior harness (and thus his plug that plugs into the turn signal arm, was different than mine
so i cut it and cut my plug off so that i could just splice similar colors and i figured the non used colors were for stock fogs.
now in the process of this something strange happened:
there were 2 black/white wires with 1 silver dot on his plug and thus 2 coming from the wire loom. when i cut these i found out that there was only 1 of these wires on my plug, when i went to splice it, i found one strand of blackwhite wire laying on the floor, confused i looked into the loom and found no more black white wire, the only assumption i could make is that for some reason on his harness a black white wire with 1 silver dot came out of the plug, looped around, and went to another spot on the plug.
this , i believe, is my major problem, because with the splicing i have done both turn signals work, but no gauges or headlights light up when you turn the turn signal arm, but when you pull it back (like to flash) all 4 lights go
there is 1 wire on my plug that doesnt have a mate on his harness, a black white with 1 silver dot
this is a mess

sounds like the black/white wire needs to go to pin number 16 on plug C11 as seen here:

and here:
http://www.celicatech.com/vfewdsou/1995/95...ic/hdlitusa.pdf
If that's not it take some pics of each plug (his and yours) and of what you've spliced together.

the black/white wire comes OUT of my plug and has no mate on his harness, not the other way around

OK. Get some pics up then. That black white wire has to be grounded one way or another. You should be able to splice it into the black white wire right next to it on your plug C11 but I've gotta see what you're dealing with.
