Have any of you been to Miami Beach?

I'm thinking about taking a couple of my friends to Miami Beach and Myrtle beach this summer and was looking for some opinions on it.

I'm 18, 2 of my other friends coming are 18, but one won't be 18 by the time we're there so he'll still be 17. Does anyone know any hotels that will rent a room to us, considering our ages? We're not looking to party or drink, just vacation. There's a group of 5 other friends that are going down the same time as us and they're staying in Fort Lauderdale at a Holiday Inn that will rent a room to them, 4 being 18 and one being 17. I've been looking around online for the past few weeks and haven't come up with much in Miami beach. I live in PA so it'll be like a 19 hour drive. We're going to stay for a week, then drive back up here for a day to Myrtle beach. We'll probably stay there for a couple days, then head home.

Anyone whose gone there or lives there, I'd appreciate any suggestions.

just got your IM on aim, miami beach is awsome, always stuff to do, especially at night, there are also lots of hotels that u can stay at, shouldnt be too hard to find out. Anywho, hit me up on AIM, sorry iwas afk last time

I was just there 2 weeks ago, its a great place to vacation just be careful of the drivers.

As far as hotels, I have a condo there so I dont know any of them, and situate ur self with an ID if u get my drift.

Thanks for the replies. In Fort Lauderdale there's Holiday Inn that will let people that are 18 in with a 17 year old, so I think we might stay there and drive to Miami Beach for a few days. It's right on the beach and a pretty nice looking hotel for a reasonable price.

Supersprynt, I'd like to go to the clubs with "ID", but I don't think I wanna take the chance of being arrested on my vacation. :-p haha Actually I think there are some clubs that you can get into if you're 18 , but they flag you as not being over 21.

Is there anything else you had fun doing?

Bloodrain is going to take me 'window shopping' for the exotics haha

haha ya we'll go window shopping when u come by. As far as the clubs go you can still get into alot of them without being 21, just you dont get the gangster wrist band. And like I told you bro, stay in Hollywood, its 20 mins to either major city and the hotel prices are dirt cheap. But if your just gonna get drunk all the time you might wanna find a hotel where you could stumble back to without driving. And like super said, drivers + miami = teh sux0rs (really sh!tty drivers) and most dont even have insurance, so just make sure you are in full coverage with your insurance company

Speaking of which - my brother just got into an accident down there last night.
