unfortunately the only "lip spoiler" readily available in the US is the z-glide knockoff manufactured by either VIS Racing or Erebuni.
... or maybe I am reading your question wrong, do you mean like a under spoiler? like the carbon fiber splitters on touring cars?

you can get universal ones from
