>If you're heading Eastbound on I-80, you're going to take the first exit after you cross the Delaware River NJ/PA Joint Toll Bridge into NJ. It's directly across the bridge, first exit you see to the right where the picnic area is. Theres no exit number, however its extremely easy to find.
In Mapquest for directions, just enter Dunnfield, NJ as the destination and it will show the "end" on the map literally 10 feet from the entrance to the parking lot we will most likely be meeting at.
NOTICE: Due to the rain we've had, the Delaware River reached 13 foot flood stage this afternoon at crest, so the parking lot area on the river-most side of RT-80 might be flooded where we planned to meet. If this is the case and the area is closed and/or flood damaged on Saturday, theres at least 3-4 other locations within a few miles within the park that we can meet.
In the event this happens, I'll post up immediately either late Thursday or early Friday as to a definate location, as well as a Mapquest to find it easily.
If anybody else from MR2OC needs a phone number to contact me at, just let me know via PM and I'll respond ASAP to help you out with whatever you need. Again, all three days are go- Friday we'll be at Island Dragway @ 6pm, Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area Saturday @ 11am, and Raceway Park @ opening on Sunday.
Here are directions to every other location. Directions to Delaware Water Gap are above.
Days Inn: 973-347-5100
1691 US Highway 46, Ledgewood, NJ 07852, US
Island Dragway:
20 Island Rd Great Meadows, NJ 07838-2601, US
Raceway Park:
230 Pension Road Englishtown, NJ 07726
Most of you will be following us from the Days Inn Saturday morning, but for anyboy coming up for the day thats all you need to do. Enter Dunnfield, Nj into Mapquest and you're there....10 feet from the parking lot.
Due to the flooding situation mentioned above, I'm going to be keeping a close eye on the park before Saturday to determine the best possible solution if the parking lot is under water still, or closed off. If it is then no worries, theres many other locations that won't be flooded.
PM me or Jeff with any questions and/or my number if you need it.
2 DAYS!!
