ill get pics of this issue in the weekeend...ty
I have been there. The nuts have a tendency to strip the bolts very easily, the the bolt just rips out from the plastic. In the past, I have used a special aircraft glue. Sometimes, u just got get a new set of taillights(used).
I know, I have been through two sets already.

Visegrips and wrench
As madmods said, molegrips and a vice to get the nut off the bolt, then I would try making the hole in the plastic so that it is wider on the inside than the outside then just use a hot glue gun to stick the bolt back into the plastic, maybe even crimp a small washer onto the knurled end of the bolt and then glue it so that it won't just pull out of the glue.
Hope it helps.
Tried drawing a picture with characters on here but it doesn't like it. I will do one and photobucket it if necessary.
