I want to know if anyone can get me a link through to someone at fido

I can use the working sim card in another fido phone and make calls, but when I put it into my hiptop I get this msg. The Message comes up as "Special Code Required"

u called fido man?? or gone 2 one of the booths in like square 1 or erin mills?? That would probably be the easiest thing to do IMO. I didnt know there was any one rele from suaga on this site. U have a 6th gen? or just curise the site?
