jdm rear hatch visor mounting ? to euro/aus members - 6G Celicas Forums

just was curious how does it mount ..like the side visors .. with clips .. i have one on the way just curious before it arrives ..

anyone else in US have one ...

figure have a rare st205 in US might as well bolt on every rare part i can get for it too.

Its the smaller sun visor that sits right on top of the rear window. Some guy was selling one awhile back... I have no idea how they latch on though. I never thought of them as a very nice thing to add, but thats just my opinion.

how did i get one .. well i guess if i can get a st205 into US then a shade wouldnt be an issue .. hehehe .. but it was not cheap ..

YEAH you caught me ..i bought it off ebay from overpriced hong kong guys ... their prices are not to bad but then shipping is 3 times what it really cost .. that is how they make even more cash off you..

didnt want to but how many shades have been on ebay .. and it is really hard to get ..

the shade is same as tufy's ...

i asked at toyota last year for someone in the U.S and they dont make them anymore....

I hate to bring up an old thread but there are 3 of these rear hatch visors on eBay right now. 2 different versions. Each is under $100 ship'd

I have one of these on my st202, it was on when it was imported! It's mounted, from what i can remember(it's been in garage nearly a year now, waiting to be fixed properly), by 2 screws on either side of the rear window!
I'll take a proper look tommorrow, there is probably some kind of double sided tape across the window too!
Sorry, it's not that helpful, i'll be back though!

It has no mounting hardware, not worth the money cause where are you gonna get the mounting parts for it ?


look at mine Rear visor

cheaper with no cracks on it and all mounting parts included
