as the title says, i'm looking for a very mild cam upgrade and thought of the ZR model that's here in australia,

it also has the 5SFE engine, so i was thinking, would it be possible to change the stock SX cams, to the ZR ones, without any dramas?

Both the SX and ZR have 5S-FE engines? If they do then you won't have problems swapping cams, but you won't gain any power since they're the same.

the ZR is supposedly the sportier version, where the SX is just base model camry spec...

The SX and ZR have both got the same engine.
So therefore the it wont make any difference if
you are swapping the cams from the ZR to the
SX. They are both 100Kw and 196 Nm torque.
