i read somewhere (im not sure if it was here) that the dr cai is the best one for the celica (or maybe just the st). is that true? its supposed to go somewhere in the fender that also prevents water from getting into it. i want to get it and was just wanting some input from ppl. thx.

secondly, the DIY cai in the how too section is just as good and much cheaper than the dr cai one.
