where did you guys drill to put in your foglights? the only place i can drill on is the black plastic on the bottom otherwise i have no room? hm any ideas guys?

Flip it, and drill into your crash bar. Thats what I did after trying every other way.
I just drilled 2 holes into the bottom part of the bumper.. It was strong enough to hold them.
