Tire worped, balance is off or balance weights fell off. I would go with the tire being worped. Happened to me on some ruff driving adventures. Its starts off as a slight defect then it gradually gets worse. Buy a new one, actually buy the pair. My two cents >>

There was a thumping sound coming from my trunk for a while... turned out to be my sub woofers...

there was a thumping coming from mine too...then i had to take her home =)
