okay i guess now im looking for a 96-99 head. you guys are saying that 94-95 are not compatible with 96+ heads so i guess if anyone has one in good working/non-leaking condition pm me. i prefer someone who lives near by so i dont have to pay so much for shipping.

if anyone has a complete 94-95 engine ill take that too. a 94-95 motor will work with a 96+ tranny right? well anyways im not paying 1400 for a head work so ill do it my own.

well i have a 94 complete head so if you can find out for sure if it works or not let me know

i have a 94 5sfe.. no clue if it runs, came with the car im doing a 3sgte swap in so i havent even looked at it yet. doubt this is what you want... its got 209,000 on it and the previous owner said he had it turning over but not firing.

You have to pay$1400 for head work?!?! In Miami they only charge $40! Lmao. Sry, I had to. Goodluck with your project.

^^i agree man. my car is going to the shop soon so i dont know man. i might have to back out. 1400 includes changing to a totally new head (from toyota), new water pump, timing belt, and everything under. but i dont need those changed but the mechanic says that if i do change my head i have to change those. not sure but yeah what ever you say mr mechanico. anyways i need something that works and is reliable. i need a 5sfe. not a 7a. or if someone has a complete 3s ill even take it. has to be bordering minnesota. ill drive. baddica i pmed you about the engine. lmk guys/gals

BTW, i dont have to. i needed new lifts but i chose to go for the whole new head. my choice to be safe and have a nice 5sfe. i guess im not getting a 3sgte this year. i have to retint my windows, buy other stuff. show first.
