I'm putting a 98 BEAMS into my 5th Gen Celica and had a couple of questions I couldnt work out:

1) The ST relay (Starter Relay yea?) what does this do as I have 2 wires running from it and cant work out where they go in my engine bay, if I even need them that is?

2) I also have 2 wires running down from what looks like one from the ECU and one from the motor side. The colours are black with a red line with silver spots on them any idea what they are for? I was thinking maybe ignition as they both run into EFI relay I think.

Hope someone can help, dont know the 6th gen layout very well!!

Where is starter relay located, I was looking for it last week and cannot find it anywhere.

Right next to the EFI relay at the bottom, should be label ST
