i doubt you'll beable to find one for under $400 but good luck...i was thinking about getting the c-one from a member on here a couple months back but i didn't...

http://www.andysautosport.com/ they normally carry a couple different kinds, they had 2 or 3 OEM style, one VIS "invader" style, and one other (maybe it was C-one?) and they had them on the site when I looked on the site a few days ago... now they're not listed, so maybe they are out of stock, or they just stopped carrying them. I dunno, but you could give them an e-mail and ask them or something.

btw, prices for OEM style ones were about $375, the invader style was like $425, and the other one was like $475

EDIT: ok... so ten minutes later and the carbon fiber hoods are back on the site! wtf? but the prices are higher than what I remembered seeing them as... so expect to pay anywhere from $400 to $550 for one. (btw, the one that I couldn't remember was also a VIS hood, not C-one)

i was selling my vis c-one awhile ago but changed my mind after i heard a new one goes for 500+
