Are there any other 6gc'ers who hit the touge (canyon passes) besides me? Any in So-cal, i've been looking for some people to head up to the canyons with.

Depending on what you count as a canyon, I drive up to the mountians every weekend in my mr2. (please dont post exact locations as the intent to race is illegal) but a spirited drive is always fun. Although local so-cal irvine stuff is pretty tiny compared to the crest or azuza but a fun drive is a fun drive.

hahaha..me and my buddy Butters run Touge all the time near niagrafalls area. We are gonna have a hudge touge event with me when i get my mr2, chris (or butters) in his AE with a BT 20v, Big Mike in his skyline, Jantos in his 500whp 300zx and ty in his 180sx. To bad you arent up here man.

yea, we dont race. We just drive quickly within the speedlimit or just a little bit over. It can be a form of racing, but with our cars, and our roads, its just for fun. Most corners on the hills we have here, the average person does, 30km/h around them, when the limit is 60km/h or 80km/h, we just go through the corners quicker. Nothing Illegal about going through a corner faster than the average person but still within the limit.
Well i wouldn't call it illegal, but the cops don't like it. If anything they usually get us for speeding.
We gotta setup a socal touge meet, that would be sweet. a whole bunch of celi's tearin up the touge!!!

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.
