ok we need a time and a place.

do we have an address or a map or something?

and what time would everyone like, noon? afternoon?

i say we should arrange the meet like at 12:30 or something like that, on the dot. and give people the address to hooters!

lol so if they show up late or something happens.

it'd be nice if we could find a place to park where we could all park next to each other, most of the spots around the 3rd street promenade and hooters get really packed esp. on the weekends so if someone who is more familiar with the area knows a spot where we could park (for free???) i think we should try that... 12:30 or a little bit earlier maybe sounds like a good time for a meet to me...

thats like finding free parking in Los angeles, it could be done but we need alot of space.

just a lil bit ill check it out more this coming week.

they do have parking by the beach off of pch. they are lots for like 30 or so cars. Its one of those pay at the atm thingy and get a ticket and put it on ur car.

I figure if were in there jsut next to our cars and taking pix we shouldnt have to worry about parking tix. but ill check out some other places i know to see what the group parking situation is like.

im in north long beach.

oh and urbndork, we need to pay for those tickets, they got cameras around places with the atm machines, you dont pay, you get a ticket from the city mailed to ya or the owner of the lot does something.

meeting point is the parking lot under the thrid bridge after passing through the tunnel after coming off the ten.

heres a pic of it as u can seee there is no pay booth, instead there is a atm ticket thingy. i figure just so long as we stay by our cars i doubt there will be a problem. The bridge has a spiral walkway.

yeah im kinda with lew, hope the next meet is somewhere closer tho

damn i mean come on now, we got people comming from all around, we should average it out, i mean san diego is kinda far.

santa monica is too far. and im with lew fx. next time we should ALL vote on a location

so ima talk to all of you later.

dude.. craig.. remember a while back when we had hedcelica, DMC, sean and stuff.. no one ever bitched about locations.. if you're not go because its too far for you then don't post.. simple as that. don't bitch about it.. gosh.....
host your own meet if you want it like 2 blocks away from your house...

The reason why this meet is going to be in SaMo is because the last two meets have been in LB. I drive from East LA out to LB all the time with no complaints. Those complaining about the meeting point can set up the next meet as chan use to. I understand that we have a few ppl from SD however since the last two meets where in LB i figured we would have one in SaMo/Malibu as the beach view from pch on that side is a bit more spectacular then that on LB side.

I apologize if i didnt allow a vote to go on as the last two times the meeting spot was not voted on. If gas is trouble think about how it is for me to drive down to LB with the turbo.

Im hoping that ill see all you there however if its to far then i understand.

Im actually starting a new list because looking at the the old one im unsure who is actually coming

hey urbandork, can you get like more specific directions plzzzzzzz lol like a mapquest or something cause i duno where to get off on the 10 freeway. can u get like the streets down and ect. or just get like a main intersection, like bigstreets. and tell us to go from there.

oh and by the way, are you going to use this post again for the meet in august? or are you going to make a new forum?

dammit im still not sure if i could go or not, i keep on thinking about it and since i only have my mom to go with and NO license, not even a permit lol but im thinking of asking her to go to the dmv and getting it for me finally since i got both papers necessary to get one and take the test.

lol if i do go i would prolly have to take my younger brother and sister lol

oh and for the people around me, are we still gona meet and drive down toward santa monica or not no more?
