ok.. i kinda fried it... by putting power to it.. one of the wiring diagrams i got from the big thread wasn't too clear and after connecting a wire.. one side fried... so does anybody know if there is another car where i can get this part off of that would be compatible or if there is a part # i can order from toyota? or any other suggestions?

Are you sure you fried it?
Cause I thought the same thing with mine.
But after connecting the relay to it.
It still works fine.
Good luck finding another motor for it, if you blown it.
There is another set on ebay if you want to try your luck again
