these are approximate prices as I did the exchange rate in my head:
front is ~ 420
side is ~ 520
rear is ~ 360
as for ordering the kit. I guess you could get it through taka kaira or if you have a friend in Japan have them order it for you.

if you want to order something from takakaira, call them! they take like 3 months to respond to emails.
