Are the sylvania stars or silver stars DOT certified? I just failed my inspection cuz they said that they're discolored. But i honestly dont feel like taking off my front lip and bumper to change these things.

What if you had more light when you needed it most, like while driving at night. Brighter light is as easy as upgrading to SilverStar® - the brightest, whitest, 100% legal halogen headlights.

SilverStar® is whiter light, closer to the color of daylight. Whiter light helps you see better at night. And if your night vision is better, night driving is safer.

Upgrade to SilverStar, seeing is believing.

SilverStar headlights meet all US and Canadian requirements (FMVSS 108 and CMVSS 108).

I just found that on their website. I don't know what those exact codes are, but it's worth looking into.

ya it should be a simple 'turn and unplug' to get them out, i cant see ANY reason why you would have to take off your bumper to get to the bulb.
