Hello all. Just thought i would drop a message and make an introduction to the world of the celica. Here are some pics of the old car.

It's pretty much stock at the moment, just let me know what ya think about it.
Look like they put the steering wheel on the wrong side... kindasad.gif

J/K welcome to the site. The car looks clean on the outside, even if it is stock. looks a lot better than mine tongue.gif
Thanks. I like the fact that it came with a bodykit on it already. Plus, being over here in japan, finding a celica with a m/t is kinda hard to come by. So much traffic over here that they mostly have autotragics in their cars. But, i lucked out in finding this one.

Welcom,

From which year is your Celica, since it has Climate control. I thought that only came with the 96/97+ models but you have a 94/95 bumper.

JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
nice and clean.

Is that a stock 94 steering wheel? That steering wheel didn't come to America until 98...

98 model 3 spoke wheel is a little different. This is the Non Airbag steering wheel. I also have one.

welcome 333WatchItGo333, great looking stock celica.. i think its got plenty of potennial, especially you being in japan you can easily find parts for your car and rare parts aswell... btw i prefer your steering wheel compared to the other 4-post steering wheel with the airbags -R

I agree with you myself. I like the 3 spoke wheel without the airbag. I had one on the supra i had before the celica and its just more fitting to the car IMO.
Thanks to everyone who have welcomed me and made me feel like a part of this community. That's more than what i can say for some other message boards i have been on in the last year or so.
we expect bg things since you are from japan!!

Coming in 2010full paintjob - new wheels - modified body - new interior - engine build- marriage
hey what do you guys think...a new hookup to get us parts from japan or what? CAN YOU GET US PARTS PLEASE!!!

Ah sugoi! Man I haven't been in Japan for awhile now. How is it there in Okinawa? I'm wondering, isn't it tough to own a car in Japan. I remember you need a certain income to own one. Nice car btw biggrin.gif I can never get used to RHD cars though lol. knowing your time there. Oyasumi Nasai. Ja ne.

Welcome,

I think they sent all the M/T ones to Nz seems to heaps of ex Japan ones here. Is the 3s-ge common in the '94 celicas in Japan? (mine is ex Japan '94 with the 3s-fe)
welcome to the site..

I am starting out kinda small for mods since the higher ups on the island seem to be cracking down on anything modified. Especially lowering a car. But, for now, i am looking at an intake, and a catback exhaust. Definately some new rims, the stock ones are ugly. Don't know exactly how much i will get done, i've got less than a year and a half left on island, so, we will see and i will keep everyone updated with pictures of what i get done.
Welcome here man, you are lucky one! Are all Japan stock releases look like this? biggrin.gif Belive me, it's perfect looking car (see my stock look wink.gif laugh.gif ). Nice and clean thumbsup.gif

btw.: seems your climate contols looks different (confused.gif ). Detail picture please wink.gif Thank you...

I'll get a few more shots of the car up after i get off of work. Not all of the stock cars come with body kits. Most of them come without them. Plus, after i get off of work, i'm gonna hit up one of the local used car parts places and check out some rims. Good thing is that i can pick up a set of used 17's for about 500. That's also including tires too. That is also with decent tread on them too. I'll take some pics of the rims that i like and see what you guys think about them.
