I gotta say to all you guys that showed up, theres not a single group of people I would've rather spent my time chilling with this weekend then you guys, you're all da bomb.com So much fun, I can't wait for the next meet.....I'm already going through with withdrawl.

AMAZING Cars, Meet, Videos, and Pics! I am so jealous. I swear, the videos made me think I was watching a Hollywood documentary on 6GCs. Are you guys using Mini disc or DV cameras? Then burning them to a DVD and onto your computers?? Very well done!

P.S. Does Batman have serious engine mods? Seems like he did well against a WRX in Jeff's video.

naa we're all using digital camaras for the vids.
jeffs is a 7MP, mine is 5 and dustins is 3.2 or somthing.
using microsoft moviemaker to make the movies. its super simple.
batman722 has no mods to his car other than short ram intake.
more pics and vids to come over the next couple days, i still have TONS of pics and vids!!

We all use Canon Powershot cameras. I need a bigger memory card, 1gig fills up quick.

About your track time, noticed you have 205 width tyres and a lot of wheelspin at launch. Will upgrading your tyre width not benefit in the time? Having 225 myself and almost no wheelspin issues.

I'm looking at my tire options, I really unhappy with the falkens. I'm going to plan on buying a set of high end wet&dry race tires. Money is a little tight right now, but I'll try to get a set before the season is finished. I'll definately be on 215 or higher.

Trust me, get the same as I have, the Toyo's Just unbelieveable what grip they have in dry and wet conditions. I haven't launched hard on wet but dont have any wheelspin in 2nd gear untill I reach 6000 rpm (then its time to hit 3rd). That much grip the tires have!

Hell yea dude, I'll be in Philly. I have a feeling that its going to be unexpectedly huge at Philly this year with tons of different cars. I'm way excited.


Coming off this meet is rough, I had such a great time the two days i could make it and I'm borderline depressed that I couldn't have made it for Sunday at least for a little while. Looking back at all these pics and vids though makes me realize what an amazing and individual group of people we have here....we come from TOTALLY different walks of lives, age, careers, etc and yet we all share the passion of our cars, and it instantly brings us together like family.

I wholeheartedly encourage everyone here to get involved with these meets, whether it means getting a passport and driving a day to get there from Canada or whatever, its just something you don't want to miss out on. I hope that next year we can get a huge national meet organized and sticky it in the "announcements" section of the forums and really enjoy what this site is all about - helping one another out and enjoying our hard work at meets like this one.

BTW my pics turned out pretty well, its just that most of them are wayyyy off center or aiming at my roof from lots of moving shots. lol. I was so busy enjoying the time there that I didn't take nearly enough shots. Oh well, theres always next time. Anyway, can't wait to do this again.....pics and vids are SICK.
