yeah. i get bored between projects. this place doesn't help much, but every little bit helps.

you guys are lucky.. the call centre at my work has everything restricted. no games, internet access, and all that normal PC stuff. plus we're not allowed to bring any electronics (psp, dvd player...) or else we get a warning or if not, get terminated.
you guys don't truly feel as bored as i do..

guilty as charged...but then i'm ADD and have to do at least three things simultaneously or i get bored. put a live radio show to air, research tomorrow's current affairs reports, converse with the talent and guests and surf the web (6gc and Toyota catalogues, weather and auto racing results) .

i know how you feel, not personally, but my fiance works for verizon wireless at their call center, and it's like yours! nothing in, nothing out, no internet, only intranet. my call center, when it's slow on the weekends, we play cards, watch tv, movies, internet access (besides myspace they recently filtered that, even tho we use proxies and can still geton it!), can eat at your desk, and all this other good stuff. it's really laid back, but it's pretty boring, and you won't learn a terribly large amount. frown on no learning
