The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?
I think going to Newport and doing Ocean Drive would be fun, seeing all the mansions and stuff, plus there are shops and all in the center of town. I go there all the time in the 7 and have taken the celica now a few times, it is a blast and the road is just way too much fun.

If you get stuck with some noobs, the pace is S L O W.
