Philly meet at FDR park. Saturday >>AUGUST 5TH >> starting at 1pm at FDR Park in Philadelphia PA.
The park is located at the intersection of Broad and Pattison in South Philadelphia across from the sports complex (Wachovia Center, The linc, Citizens Bank Park). The entrance to the park is on Pattison Avenue. The park is easily accessible from I-95 and I-76.

its about 70 bucks a night.

the hotel is right ouside of philly. same spot as last year. its a lot cheaper then staying in philly and there is plenty of parking.

if your staying at the hotel, get to it first and check in. ill meet up with you guys there and we can drive down to the meet together. everyone else, just go to FDR park and we will see you there.Rain or Shine

how much would it cost to dyno? I wanna know how much my practically stock 5sfe puts out before i do any further modification to it. This meet looks like it's going to be fun

the dyno is about 65bucks for 4 pulls...or maybe less money if we have a bunch of cars coming.

i just found out that some dsm's have a dyno day booked there. this might work out really well for really badly for us. if we can tag along on their list, then we can get a discount, but if they have too many cars coming, then we wont get to dyno ... ill try to get more info on it...stay "tuned" . haha

so, here is the deal with the dyno. seems a local DSM forum booked the day. there might be a chance that some of their guys dont show up or get done early, so we might be able to fit in, or not. the plan is to go over to the dyno around 5pm and see if there are any spots open. hopefully a few of us get a chance to jump on.

I'm not going to be needing a hotel room or anything. I live about 10-15 miles straight down the A/C Expressway from there.

really? i didnt think you were that close.

Yeah, I leave my house and in 2 minutes get on the A/C Expressway about 2 miles before the 42 Junction, and then it's about 10 or so miles to the Walt Whitman bridge which is right there where the meet is.

Atco is about 30 minutes away, but a sat night TNT isn't going to happen. THey're having points races and a $20K purse on teh 5th.
